How to Order

All orders must be placed through our secure online ordering system COMING SOON. We do not take telephone orders, CODs or checks.

Turnaround Times

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Turn around depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and where the package is being shipped.  USPS will estimate delivery times for your order during checkout.  Most packages shipped to the continental US will arrive in 2-9 days.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. You will be e-mailed a USPS Mail tracking number as soon as the shipment is ready for USPS pickup.  Actual delivery time of the packages as it processes through the US Postal Service will vary depending on the final destination.  We can not guarantee US Postal Service delivery times – only our time to prepare the package for shipping.

How your order will be packaged

Each candle will be securely wrapped and padded, then boxed in a USPS priority mail box or sturdy corrugated box, depending on your selected shipping method.
